General Policy

The Coco Journey does not accept any liability for its failure to provide contractual service or any of them due to circumstances that are beyond control.

The Coco Journey does not in any position guarantee the guests’ safety against events including and not limited to accidents, personal injuries, death or default caused by third parties, act of God, flood, theft, or acts of negligence. All activities have inherent risks to health and safety and The Coco Journey will not be responsible for any eventualities related to any facilities, activities or services booked and provided via this website.

The Coco Journey reserves the right to charge the guests the cost of rectifying damages caused by accidental, deliberate, negligence or reckless act of the guests to The Coco Journey’s property or structure.

The Coco Journey shall not be liable for the loss of money or other personal valuables during the guests’ stay.

The following items are not permitted to be brought in The Coco Journey premises:

Flammable, explosive or other hazardous materials.
Objects emitting a foul odour.
Unregistered firearms or other weapons.
Objects of an unusually large size or in unusually large quantities.
Articles related to use in gambling, prostitution, smuggling or other illicit acts.
Illegal drugs or other articles, the possession of which is prohibited by the laws of Malaysia.

The Coco Journey’s Management reserves the right to expel or refuse the entry of any guests who do not observe The Coco Journey’s policy.

Room Rate and Cancellation

Rates are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The Coco Journey reserves the right to change the price without prior notice.

If the overnight staying max exceeds the maximum pax, a per-person charge will apply. Children aged below 3 are not counted as pax.
Reservation would only be guaranteed on the basis of a full payment by bank in/payment receipt verification confirmed by The Coco Journey.
There shall be no refund for cancellation request within 14 days of the guests’ check-in date. A 50% refund shall be made for cancellation request which is more than 14 days of the guests’ check-in date.
A security deposit shall be collected for incidental charges upon check-in. The payment thereto can be made either by cash or by QR code bank transfer.
